Be gentle with others and with yourself, and be aware of when you are being prickly in your personality and behavior.

Create healthy boundaries and make sure you aren’t taking over without meaning to.

Be aware of any bitterness that has crept in and invoke forgiveness and compassion to transmute it into sweetness.

Find time to write and allow yourself to simply fill pages without stopping to see what opens up for you in this practice.
