When I began making flower essences over a decade ago, it had not occurred to me to make essences from insects and animals as well. Obviously, I can’t put an insect or animal in water for people to ingest, so when Luna Moth gifted herself to me, it was my first opportunity to listen to how she wanted me to work with her to share her energy with others through an essence.
She quickly reminded me that essences are all about vibration, so she could be touching the bowl of spring water and still bring her vibration into the water to create the essence. And it totally worked!

They’re such a potent reminder to seize the day and make the most of our lives. We may live longer than 7 – 10 days, but ultimately our lives are short even if we live to be 100 years old.
