When You Connect with Yarrow it means:
Whatever challenges or difficult experiences you have been having, there will soon be a break in the intensity and things will lighten up.
You are always protected, despite how things might seem.
Be conscious of the energetically stagnant places in your life and make movements to get that energy flowing and healthy again.
Find time to relax and rest while luxuriating in heady delights.
It’s time to cool your hot-headedness and get back into balance with your peaceful center.
Remember that your vulnerabilities are where your power is, and intentionally integrate these shadow places into love and light within your heart.
Setting Intentions with Yarrow:
Meditate quietly, focusing on your second and third chakras, sending healing energy to this area of your body and intending to bring your masculine and feminine energies into balance.
Explore any tools of divination that are intriguing to you.
Hang a bundle of dried or fresh yarrow at your door to keep out any energies that do not feel supportive to you.
Do exercises and gentle movements to support your blood circulation and create healthy flow in your bloodstream.
Remember to protect your skin from too much sun.
If Yarrow is a Totem for you:
Despite appearances, you are a strong and tenacious warrior who is not easily swayed by outer circumstances.
Your eyes are bright and your intellect is sharp.
Others might feel a bit intoxicated or ungrounded around your energy, but your personality is generally very calming to people.
You have many gifts as a healer, though you prefer to share with others when you’re working alongside other healers in a group atmosphere.
Though you have the spirit of a warrior, you are a lover, not a fighter.
